SPECIAL EVENTS

Olivia D. Dowdy will be in the shop most of the day Saturday, March 20th with a wonderful trunk show of her buttons and shawl pins done in pottery and copper as well as her felted crocheted flowers that make a great addition to your hat or coat.  You may have seen her work at the Farmer's Market last summer.  If so you are already a fan and if not stop by the shop and you will become one. Our Customer Showcase and Anniversary Party

It is time again to bring in your knitted and crocheted items for display. This time it is even a bigger event because Bella Filati is part of the Palustris Festival Calendar www.palustrisfestival.com March 25 - 28th and our Customer Showcase is our contribution to the festivities. Lots of extra folks will be oooohing and aaaahing over your work and will be able to vote as well.

Bring in your items starting this week. We will put them on display March 24th - 31st. Winners will be announced at our Anniversary Party Wednesday, March 31st 5:00 - 7:00pm.  When you bring in your work please label it with your name, phone #, the yarn used, the pattern and the category you wish to put it in.

Learn to Crochet: Saturdays, March 6, 13, 20th  10:30 - 12:30pm

Cables made Easy: Thursdays, March 18, 25th  2 - 4pm

Easy Lace: Wednesday, March 10, 17th  4:30 - 6:30pm

UPCOMING SALE

This year we are planning a "Tax Relief" sale. Now that doesn't mean you won't have to pay tax on your purchases, but it does mean that knitting and crocheting are perfect ways to relieve the stress from thinking about those taxes! The sale will run from Saturday, April 10th until Saturday, April 17th.

Yea! the construction next door has finally started. Watch for updates on the website and become a "fan" of Bella Filati on Facebook. Hopefully we will move sometime this summer! All good things come to those who wait!
